Marks on the Fishfinder and Catching Started

Steve Hadak wanted to have his Fishfinder/Chartplotter setup for locating fish. It was giving him trouble in locating fish right out of the box. His Furuno had an Airmar Through-the-Hull transducer mounted allowing no interference with the return echos.

He was nice enough to travel from St. Michaels to Chesapeake Beach to pick me up. From there we moved out in the Chesapeake Bay to set up his new fishfinder/chartplotter and to teach him more about light tackle fishing. Steve is now catching the fish he sees on his fishfinder.

It was a pleasure watching Steve catch some nice size striped bass while jigging ZMan Lures and at other times bringing them to the top.
